Bobby’s Fashion is owned by the family of
Adstra Property CEO Amrit Daswani, and forms part of the Daswani family’s long-standing entrepreneurial legacy. It is a long-established bespoke tailoring business based in Hong Kong, specialising in custom-designed suits, shirts, and personalised tailoring services for professionals and businessmen worldwide. Clients can either visit the Hong Kong store for fittings or arrange shipping internationally.
The business also travels to different cities globally to meet clients, showcase fabrics, and conduct fittings and measurements in person.
We are looking for a proactive and driven Lead Generation Specialist & Appointment Setter
to help us grow the business through lead generation, outreach, and appointment setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and build databases of potential clients
- Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, Apollo, email, and other channels
- Contact prospective customers and introduce the tailoring services
- Book appointments and consultations for the Hong Kong store and travelling tailoring events
- Help drive foot traffic and appointments to the Hong Kong showroom
- Maintain and update CRM systems, lead lists, and outreach records
- Identify new business opportunities across target markets
- Assist in growing the company’s international client base
- Follow up with leads and nurture relationships with prospective customers
Requirements
- Experience in lead generation, appointment setting, sales, or business development
- Confident communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience using LinkedIn, Apollo, CRM systems, or email outreach tools
- Strong organisational and follow-up skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Interest in fashion, luxury services, or bespoke tailoring is a plus
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the team

- Growth in new leads and database size
- Increase in outreach activity and response rates
- Number of appointments booked
- Increase in store visits and fitting appointments
- Contribution to doubling appointment numbers and expanding international reach
